Welcome to Narrative Hall. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of narrativehall.com and your purchase of our products. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Products

Narrative Hall sells digital creative products: Story Bibles (professional novel blueprints for authors) and TTRPG campaigns (system-agnostic adventures and printables for game masters). Our products are planning and creative tools delivered as digital files — a Story Bible is a blueprint you write into your own book, not a finished novel.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to purchase and download products. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the shop and may change at any time. Payment is required in full at checkout through our payment provider. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, error, or unavailability.

4. Digital Delivery & Access

Products are delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed, a download link is made available on your order-confirmation screen and emailed to you, and is also accessible from your account. It is your responsibility to download and save your files.

5. License & Permitted Use

Story Bibles (exclusive titles). A Story Bible marked “Exclusive — One Author Only” is sold to a single buyer and then retired. The buyer receives sole rights to write and publish the resulting novel and its sequels under their own name, keeping all royalties, with no attribution required and no ongoing fee. Series titles also include the matching Series Bible.

TTRPG campaigns (standard titles). Campaigns are non-exclusive and may be purchased by any number of buyers. You receive a personal-use license to run the campaign and to print its printables for use at your own table.

Your created work. The book you write, or the game session you run, from one of our products is entirely yours.

File restrictions. In all cases the delivered files themselves — blueprints, campaigns, and printables — are licensed to you and may not be resold, shared, redistributed, sub-licensed, or posted publicly.

6. Intellectual Property

Except for the licenses granted above, all content on this site — including our product files, text, branding, and designs — is owned by Narrative Hall or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

7. Refunds

Because our products are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final once files have been delivered. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. See our refund details or reach out via the Contact page.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or products — including attempting to copy, resell, or redistribute the files, interfere with the site’s operation, or use our products for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimers

Our products are provided “as is.” While they are carefully crafted and “Logic-Tested,” we do not guarantee any particular result — including that a book written from a Story Bible will be published, sell copies, or earn income. Creative outcomes depend on your own execution.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narrative Hall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Narrative Hall harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or products or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Narrative Hall operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
