The System runs every dungeon in the realm. It assigns the classes, tracks the skills, and decides which creatures count as people. The goblins don’t count. Neither do the trolls, the skeletons, or the twenty-two other species quietly approaching the line the Bureau has spent forty years making sure no one crosses.

Then the System hands Prue Cahill a class nobody asked for. Creature Liaison, Provisional, Cannot Be Removed, and the monsters finally have someone whose job is to argue the other side.

Monster HR is a comedic LitRPG series about labor rights, found family, and a failed adventurer whose only real power is reading the footnotes. One case at a time, one species at a time, she builds the legal argument for monster personhood while the Bureau tries to undo everything she wins.

The cases are airtight. The paperwork is endless. The Bureau should be very, very worried.
