A government dungeon inspector arrives to condemn a deadly dungeon. The dungeon is secretly a sanctuary, and the order to demolish it was signed before she ever walked in. Now the only document that can save it is one the laughed-at class is the only one allowed to file.
The kingdom runs on dungeons, and a Bureau of Dungeon Regulation decides which ones live and which get demolished. Dungeon 7-Greywater is a Level Five “kill-dungeon” that secretly does not want to kill anyone: its Boss has spent decades engineering his own traps to fail safely, hiding a colony of “disposable” monsters and an unlicensed soup kitchen. When a deadpan safety inspector is sent to file the closure that ends it, she discovers the order was pre-dated, the land is already sold, and she was picked because she files clean. The campaign is the race to expose the fraud and file the one document that stops the wrecking crew, before the demolition clock runs out.
It is a workplace comedy with a warm heart: institutional, procedural humor, found-family stakes, and the deeply satisfying payoff of the build everyone wrote off turning out to be the most important one in the room.
This is a complete, ready-to-run campaign kit for any fantasy tabletop system:

Compliance & Catacombs, Book One: a self-contained campaign that also opens a series.
For personal use at your table. Run it, print it, adapt it for your own games. Please do not resell or redistribute the files themselves. Non-exclusive: available to every GM who wants it.
